Partial Closing of Directed New Share Issue in Lvls Group AB — SEK 11m

Stadsholmen Equity is proud to have acted as Lead Manager in connection with Lvls Group AB's successful directed share issue, raising gross proceeds of approx. SEK 11 million in a partial year-end closing — with warrants outstanding equivalent to some further SEK 5.5m.

Lvls Group AB — founded in 2016 — is a Digital Transformation & Innovation consultancy and Venture Studio. Companies today are either born digital or under strong market and customer pressure to change — Levels is the natural partner. Consultancy offering consists of assisting with digital strategy, design, development and implementation, and the Venture Studio strategy is to create, grow and invest in brilliant digital businesses — and to build platforms and products for recurring revenue.

Clients range from early-stage ventures through scaleups, to mid and large corporates and organisations, including public agencies and NGOs.

Equity injection is part of a larger expansion financing to accelerate growth, develop the client offering and expand the unique Venture Studio concept. The aim is to eventually become the leading Venture Studio in the Nordics and professionalize the early phases of growth in close partnership with experienced entrepreneurs.

Final closing of the directed share issue is expected in February 2023.
